Effective July 28, 2019, Washington State makes getting rid of a marijuana conviction as easy as submitting a form. Anyone with ONLY a misdemeanor marijuana possession conviction to erase can use this simple process. This is HUGE people, so take advantage!

The particulars of the new law:

  • You must have been 21+ years or older at the time of the misdemeanor marijuana conviction
  • You must apply to the sentencing court to vacate your conviction
(i.e. If your marijuana conviction happened in Spokane county, you would apply for the vacation in Spokane County.)

IF YOU HAVE CONVICTIONS OTHER THAN MARIJUANA POSSESSION,
I CAN HELP!

Washington State offers several options when it comes to vacating convictions, deleting criminal histories, and sealing or destroying court records.

The form below collects all the relevant information to start any of these processes. After I’ve had a chance to review your case information, we can sit down together and I can advise you on your best course of action.
